Claims, Returns & Shipping

  • If the fabric in the cushion is damaged, either by the fabric company, through delivery, or by us.
  • If the cushions are made incorrectly by us.
  • All of our cushions are for delivery to Australian customers, and for international orders. All international orders should email us with their enquiry.
  • Deliveries of cushions are sent through Australia Post, either with a standard or express delivery. We estimate that from the time you place your order you should have your cushions between 7 to 10 working days.
  • Customers that choose Express Post will be sent a tracking number via email, after the item has been sent.
  • If the fabric you have chosen is out of stock and needs to be reordered from the supplier, we will email or ring you.
